The short version

This website does not ask you for personal information. There are no contact forms, no account logins and no newsletter signups. If you want to reach us, you choose to send a WhatsApp message or an email — and at that point you decide what to share.

Information we collect

Information you send us

When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, phone number, email address, and any documents or details you share about your financial situation. We keep this because it is the substance of the conversation you have started.

Information collected automatically

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This may collect your approximate location, device and browser type, pages visited and time spent, and an anonymised identifier. It is aggregate and statistical; we do not use it to identify individual visitors. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers.

Information collected during a client relationship

If you become a client, additional information is collected as required for transactions and by regulation — including KYC documentation, identity and address proof, bank details, and information about your financial circumstances and objectives.

How we use it

  • To reply to you and to conduct our conversation
  • To process and service the transactions you ask us to facilitate
  • To meet obligations under applicable law, including KYC, anti-money-laundering and record-keeping requirements
  • To understand, in aggregate, how this website is used

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where it is necessary to do what you have asked or to comply with law:

  • Asset management companies, registrars and transfer agents, insurers and other product providers, in order to process transactions you have authorised
  • Regulatory and statutory authorities, where required by law
  • Service providers who support our operations, bound by confidentiality obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Security and retention

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain personal information for as long as the relationship continues and thereafter for the period required by applicable law and regulation.

Your choices

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required by law or regulation to retain it. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser opt-out add-on, or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser.

Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
