Capital Cloud is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund & SIF Distributor, ARN-176242, operating from 6th Floor, Syama Business Hub, NH Bypass, Vyttila, Kochi 682019, Kerala, India.
We distribute mutual funds and Specialized Investment Funds offered by registered asset management companies, and are remunerated by those companies in the manner permitted by applicable regulation. Where relevant, we also facilitate access to Portfolio Management Services and Alternative Investment Funds offered by SEBI-registered managers.
Capital Cloud is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser and does not provide investment advisory services as defined under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. Any guidance we provide is incidental to our activity as a distributor.
